  As a Former Driver For Phils Towing, I can say that it is mainly Triple-A based "AAA" with those calls reigning priority over other calls they do come first.
  Secondly, not speaking just as a Former Driver but as a neutral party Earl & Mark along with each and every other driver arrive as punctual as possible remember your call isn't the only call on the roster at times along with that not every driver is in the shop nor on call and some do have days off.
  If there's more than 4 or 5 calls at any given time it's kind of hard to get to everyone with a quickness but do know that they are coming when they say they are coming, they do try their best.
  As a Former Driver & a still current driver for another company I can easily say, it's a tedious process and one can only go so fast.
  I've learned allot from earl & Mark along woth a few others. They deserve An A plus 5 star rating.
  If I trust anyone with my vehicle it's them surly.
